If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition.

What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item.

Please note, customers are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges.
You may be asked to cover the shipping charges to re-ship too.

To ship an item back to Nine Yards Store please fill out the returns form included inside your parcel alongside your invoice and send the item(s) back to us at our returns address:

(We advise that you should send your parcel back via a recorded delivery to enable you to ensure it reaches us. If you send us your tracking number with details of you order and the items you have returned, this will enable us speed up your return).

Please indicate whether you require an exchange or a return on your returns form.

If you wish to return an item to us you must take reasonable care of it and return it to us in a condition that allows resale.

  • All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labelling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item.
  • Upon inspection of the returned product, we will issue a full refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
  • We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked in anyway with pen or grease, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsalable.
  • Please check your order as soon as it arrives for any defects that you might want to question at a later date, do not wear or wash the item before sending it back.
  • In the interest of hygiene we cannot accept returns of any underwear, swimwear or any other similar items.

Returns are normally processed within 5 working days, once the returned products have been received into our warehouse. This can be extended during bank and public holidays.
