UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

What delivery options can I choose from?

We work with a range of well-established shipping companies including Royal Mail and DPD. You will be able to select your desired delivery method at checkout.

Please see the table below for the full range of options available:

All DPD UK Express courier orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Thursday) will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed via DPD UK Next Working Day on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the next working day via courier.

Because a signature is required for DPD deliveries, we've added the convenience of a one-hour delivery window. Just provide us with your mobile telephone number or email and DPD will tell you exactly when your order is being delivered. You can even change the delivery date or get it delivered to a neighbour.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way. Nine Yards Store reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. Nine Yards Store does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks, adverse weather conditions or any circumstances out of our control. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless Nine Yards Store is responsible for the error. We will not be liable for lost items due to incorrect data entry by customer.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS

What countries do you deliver to?

We work with a range of well-established shipping companies including Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx. You will be able to select your desired delivery method at checkout.

For detailed information please see the table below for the full range of options available. If your country is not listed please feel free to get in touch and we will try our best to provide you with a quote.  

Please note that we might not be able to ship to all overseas territories, PO boxes and military bases.

If you reside outside of the UK/EU we will not be liable for any import or customs duties you may be charged.
Also it will be your full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should you refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
